Warner Bros. In the film, Judge Downey plays the role of Hank Palmer, a lawyer from a big city, who returns to his homeland. On-site learns that his widowed father, a judge (Duvall), is suspected of murder. Hank decides to get to the truth, and in the course of their research renews relationship with his family, which lost contact many years ago.
