The tragedy of William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" moved with contemporary realities subculture of rival gangs.
The action takes place in the fictional town of Verona Beach, Florida at the end of the twentieth century. It begins at the station
gas, where there is a shootout between warring gangs associated with the two most important
families in the city: Capulets and the Montagues. Against this background, developing the love story of two young people - Romeo
(Leonardo DiCaprio) and Juliet (Claire Danes).
