When a young nun takes her life in a monastery in Romania, harassed by the nightmare of the past, a priest and novice who is about to take religious vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate the matter. Together they discover the disgraceful secret of the Order. Risking not only with their own lives, but also with their faith and souls, they face the sinister force in the form of the same demonic nun who for the first time frightened viewers in Presence 2. The abbey, however, becomes a terrible field of struggle between the living and the damned.
